The City
Players build a modern city by placing building cards each round and paying costs with other cards from hand. Cards represent both structures and currency; players simultaneously reveal placements, discard cards to pay build costs, and gain income as new cards at the end of the round. Some buildings boost income or victory points provided by others, and symbol matches (car, fountain, shopping cart, etc.) modify a building’s payout and VP value. Victory points accumulate across rounds, and the first player to reach the target total wins.
