Players command a squad of plush defenders trying to keep escaping aliens contained in a toy store where experiments once took place. The game uses fast deck-building: players use and upgrade cards to fight waves of increasingly dangerous aliens, improve gear, and reshuffle their decks. Each round brings new alien threats and forces players to coordinate actions and replace cards strategically to prevent the horde from breaking out.
