Players represent different animal species trying to survive a rising flood by moving their animals onto a shared raft. On each turn, players plan and execute movement actions to get as many of their tokens as possible onto safer raft spaces before water levels rise. Spaces on the raft vary in safety and capacity, so placement and timing matter; opponents compete for limited spots and can block or displace others. The game resolves movement, flooding, and scoring over several rounds, and the player with the most animals saved at the end wins.
