Founders of Teotihuacan

Players take on the role of early architects shaping a nascent Mesoamerican city, placing buildings, temples, and a central pyramid across their personal city board. On each turn a player either takes an Action or passes: Actions are executed by placing 1–3 action disks onto an action space of the main board that already contains disks, forming stacks that determine Action Strength and available bonuses. Actions provide resources, allow construction on specific districts, or advance pyramid building within limited placement zones. Architect position rotates after each action, changing reach and placement options. Play proceeds through multiple rounds until all players pass, then districts and pyramid alignment are scored to determine the winner.
