No. Every field enters play empty; it produces 1 harvest good during the Growth on Fields step of the Farm Phase. Harvest goods on fields stay there until they are upgraded, used to pay for a farm extension, or delivered (Rulebook, pp. 14–15; p. 13).

Yes. The hand limit is checked only when drawing cards at the end of the card-playing step, so you may exceed it later during the round; if you must discard, choose which cards to discard to return to the limit (Rulebook, p. 15).

You receive 1 pig offspring if you have at least 2 pigs, but only if there is room in your stable. If there is no room, you receive no offspring; you may not sell the newborn immediately (Rulebook, p. 16).

No. Each player may buy at most 1 roof tile per round, and a player can buy at most 5 total because the farm has only 5 roof spaces. In the first round, roof tiles are purchased in reverse turn order (Rulebook, pp. 16–17).

Each donkey symbol provides exactly 1 free delivery, and you may use as many of those free deliveries as you wish up to that maximum. Purchased deliveries are separate: each costs 1 silver, and you may buy as many as you choose from the extra-delivery capacity provided by your player board and farm extensions (Rulebook, pp. 20, 24).
