Castelli

In medieval Italy, players compete as landlords seeking influence, building materials, and silver while developing their territories. The board alternates between production areas and spaces for numbered, colored tiles. Each turn, a tile is revealed and may be rotated, changing which player has the highest combined value along the edges surrounding a production area and therefore receives its resources. Players use these materials to build castles and score points according to the positions of villages and cities. Two optional modules, Dilemma and Battle, add further challenges and extend play, while included tournament material supports four players competing in pairs simultaneously.
