Catan Histories: Struggle for Rome – Terror of the Legions expansion

This mini-expansion adds three Terror of the Legions cards. Provinces contain two cities marked with Eagle Standards; after conquering every three such cities, a player receives a card worth 1 victory point. The victory threshold increases from 10 to 11 points.
