Christmas-opoly

A Monopoly-style property trading game with a Christmas theme. Players collect holiday properties, increase their value by buying presents and trading them for Christmas trees, and manage seasonal setbacks such as blown fuses, snowstorms, and being sent to “Naughty” for three turns. The game ends when one player remains financially solvent.
