City of Spies: Double Agent

New spies arrive in town, bringing new abilities and strategies. In addition to Estoril, players build their networks in Lisbon, using two new location boards with special rules. The expansion adds support for a fifth player, seven characters from a new nationality, a double-agent ability, and two new mission tiles.
