Your goal isn’t to shine — it’s to be gloriously mediocre. Play Effort cards to survive three exhausting workweeks without standing out. The highest effort earns extra work, while the lowest receives a reprimand; staying in the middle helps avoid attention. Use Coffee tokens to bluff, fake sick days, hide in meetings, or shift work onto rivals. Manage your hand and plan around meetings, emails, and absurd demands from the boss. The player with the fewest points and the cleanest record wins.
