High Programmer Methuz-U-LAH develops a serum that transforms loyal clones into genuine vampires, complete with a need for blood and Victorian speech. The adventure takes place in the LAH sector, which Methuz has reshaped into a darker, more oppressive environment. New mutant powers and secret societies add further complications for the characters.
