Desperados of Dice Town: Mister Phal Promo Character

A promo character card distributed as a gift during the 2014 Cannes Fair. Mister Phal replaces the wicked character in one of the four gangs, taking the place of the easiest character to free. Once freed, characters can be played according to the result of the dice roll.
