Drive on Moscow: Operation Typhoon, 1941

A two-player strategic simulation of the German offensive against Moscow from October 1 to December 7, 1941. The German side attacks to isolate or capture Moscow, or seize the other key cities, while the Soviet side conducts defensive operations and local counterattacks. Each turn represents one week, with divisions, brigades, and an elite regiment maneuvering across a map where each hex covers 7.5 miles. German air superiority is reflected in the movement and combat rules, and play may end early if either side concedes. The game uses a low-to-intermediate complexity system and supports solitaire play. A six-sided die is required.
