East Africa (fan expansion for Ticket to Ride)

A fan-made map expansion follows the core Ticket to Ride system on a special East African board. Players collect train cards, claim routes between cities, and complete tickets to score points, while competing to block or outpace one another. The expansion adds Tourist cards that reward visits to specific cities or provide facilities for completing tickets, along with up to nine end-game bonuses. Border controls require special passes, and additional rules allow card exchanges, redraws, doubled scoring, and an optional early end when a player has only three wagons remaining. A minimap supports shorter games.
