A communal deck-based party game for three or more players, in which Time Nannies abduct notorious villains from history and attempt to prehabilitate them into more productive lives. This promotional card features Heinrich Himmler as a Babbling card. If it remains unsupervised, the Time Nannies to its left and right each draw one Nanny card.
