A group of condemned prisoners is lowered into the caverns beneath Junghart’s capital. Freed from their crimes upon reaching the bottom, they must evade the great lindworm and find their way through the vast labyrinth of Hartgrottorna. The prisoners’ belongings accompany them into the caves, though they may have changed after passing through many grasping hands. The characters explore the caverns, contend with the dangers within, and work together to escape alive.
