The country is divided into rival factions, while mobsters and bootleggers control many major cities and corruption undermines the authorities. Players stage conflicts between criminal gangs and the law enforcers willing to oppose them, using miniatures and the Savage Worlds: Showdown rules to represent the struggle for control.
