Great War at Sea: U.S. Navy Plan Black

A hypothetical naval conflict in which Germany wins World War I and confronts the United States Navy in the Caribbean Sea, based on actual U.S. Navy plans. Players plot task force movements on a strategic map, then resolve engagements on a tactical map when opposing forces make contact.
