Hard City: Noir Roleplaying

A noir roleplaying game of mystery and hardboiled action in a city filled with gangsters, reporters, detectives, thugs, and femme fatales. Players create competent but flawed characters and pursue cases involving crooked officials, blackmail, missing people, and organized crime.
