Hoist Signals Aloft!

Add unpredictability and limited communication to Age of Sail naval wargames. This communication subsystem uses a fixed and limited signals book, restricting how players issue orders during a battle. Flags cannot convey every command, and signals may be delayed or misinterpreted, recreating the fog of war and the communication challenges faced by historical admirals. Designed for use with Fire As She Bears!, it can be added to any multiplayer Age of Sail rules system.
