La Disfida: Barletta 1503

A two-player man-to-man tournament wargame based on the mounted contest fought near Barletta in 1503. Two sides field 13 Italian and 13 French knights on a fenced, hex-grid playing area. Each knight has a combat value representing fighting ability, morale, and strength, with counters showing mounted and dismounted sides. Players maneuver their knights and attempt to capture opposing combatants. The game requires Braccio da Montone to play.
