Balance building apartments with leasing rooms to unusual tenants and collecting rent. Play cards as apartments, tenants, roofs, renovations, or special actions, placing wealthy tenants in your buildings and deadbeats in opponents’ buildings. Bomb buildings if desired, but avoid getting caught and sent to jail.
