Mad City

Race against the clock to build a city as a 3-by-3 grid using nine tiles. In each one-minute round, arrange districts, ponds, and parks to create the most lucrative layout, while competing for zoning majorities and speed-based bonuses. Players can specialize in residential, industrial, or downtown areas, or diversify their city for different scoring opportunities. A solo variant provides a challenge against an automated grid.
