Mini WWII: Arctic War Promo Postcard

A promo expansion for Mini WWII adds an Arctic map to the game board, with one neutral Army unit placed in Finland. Units moving into or through the Arctic area require one additional OP. During the next Strategy stage, if the Axis or Allies control the Arctic area, two countries on that team may each discard one card and draw one card.
