Multiple

マルチプル (Multiple) is a Japanese card game in which you create a "multiple" of the target number by combining digit cards. You can either play a number that is a multiple of the target card (for instance a 9 when the target card shows a 3), use two number cards as two digits (for instance 1 and 2 to form a 12), or use "+" or "-" cards to create an equation (for instance 7-1).
