Players move between locations, stopping to provide tastings, cheese, scenic photos, wine pairings, and purchases that satisfy tourists. During a day of operations, players collect sets, manage time, and earn prestige by fulfilling customer requests. Prestige can be spent to upgrade operations or influence wineries along a tour route, with variable player powers shaping each tour.
