Players build a New York skyline from 48 tiles arranged across twelve numbered sections, with four colours represented in each section. Each player scores for one colour. On a turn, a player lays a tile, replaces it from the six-tile face-up draw pool, and replenishes the pool from the deck. Players may stop laying tiles to protect their displayed tiles, but cannot resume while others continue. When all tiles are laid, players score face-up tiles in their colour, with bonuses for adjacent tiles.
