Road to Armageddon - Modern Encounters for Twilight 2000

A campaign supplement for a world facing nuclear and biological Armageddon as rival power blocs wage a series of overlapping wars. It provides systems for describing war-affected regions and determining planned or random encounters before and after the Exchange. The encounter system replaces the standard Twilight: 2000 encounter rules and includes generic encounter categories alongside detailed examples.
