Ruins of Mars

Engine building and set collection in a science-fiction setting, with a mancala mechanism for action selection. Players explore the ruins of ancient Martian civilizations, study alien languages, and replicate technologies by spending resources. Actions are determined by communal tiles arranged beneath five locations, which players redistribute after each turn. Technologies provide abilities and prestige, while radiation can reduce the final score.
