San Jacinto: April 20-21, 1836

A two-player wargame depicting the battle that secured Texas independence from Mexico. Untrained Texian militia under Sam Houston face Santa Anna’s professional army in a classic hex-and-counter system with roughly 20–30 counters per side. Five scenarios cover the skirmishing on April 20, the Texian assault on April 21, the full battle, and hypothetical battles in which the Mexican army remains prepared or gains another day to attack.
