Senators compete to become Emperor of Rome by collecting Influence, Might, and Wealth. They play action cards, enact decrees, and challenge rival senators while responding to crises and invasions that threaten the Republic. Players may cooperate to protect Rome, but political alliances can shift as they pursue their own ambitions.
