Seven Dragons: Shuffle Hands

An action card that can be added to a Seven Dragons deck. When played, all players’ hands are collected, shuffled, and redealt, beginning with the player who used the card. Its central rainbow-dragon image also causes the Silver Dragon to act as a wild card while this card is on top of the discard pile.
