Sugar and Spice

Displaced by logging, a group of faeries settles in the village of Hammarsvall, where a Nisse already claims the area as its domain. The two vaesen begin a proxy conflict through the village’s children: the faeries encourage the boys’ mischief, while the Nisse inspires the girls to challenge social expectations. Their dispute spreads to the adults, bringing strangeness and discord that threaten the future of the village.
