The world has been plunged into darkness, and horrific creatures emerge to hunt anyone left without light. Survivors gather around dwindling candles, fires, torches, and flashlights while seeking safety in a hospital. Players work to endure the darkness, conserve their limited light, and avoid the creatures that lurk beyond it.
