Players bid on how many tricks The Lord will win before each hand. The Lord’s face-up hand is played according to the rules, which also determine the trump suit. Accurate predictions earn points, while players who win more tricks than The Lord are penalized. The game ends when a player reaches the required victory-point total or is eliminated.
