Vicious Villains II: Mystical Monsters

This supplement adds eight pre-generated supervillains powered by magic and mysticism to Mutants & Masterminds 3rd Edition games. The characters range from power level 6 to 15 and include fae royalty, witches, demons, werebeasts, vampires, spirits, and other supernatural antagonists. It also introduces rules for the Artificer and Ritualist advantages, new Complications, and the Animate Plants power. Character point totals are included for customization, and the villains can also support an all-villain campaign.
