Altered Carbon - The Roleplaying Game

A tabletop roleplaying game set in a future where human consciousness is stored digitally in cortical stacks and transferred between bodies, known as sleeves. Players create characters from archetypes such as socialites and soldiers, customize them with traits and technology, and investigate the criminal Underground and wealthy Aerium of Bay City. Story-focused rules support combat, intrigue, and dramatic tension, while characters can be re-sleeved after death if they have the resources. Adventures feature augmented criminals, political adversaries, and the social costs of extended life.
