Arcole 1796

This game covers the three-day Battle of Arcole in northern Italy, fought from 15 to 17 November 1796, with Bonaparte commanding the French Army of Italy and Alvinczy leading the Austrian Army. It includes three scenarios covering individual days and a campaign game covering the entire battle. The marshes and rice fields restrict movement and maneuver to a new terrain type, the dike. The game includes an A2 map, 216 counters and markers, a color player aid, and bilingual English/French rules and charts.
