Assault: Sicily '43 – Gela Beachhead

Tactical combat on the southwest coast of Sicily during the Allied landings at Gela in July 1943, with American, Italian, and German forces. Players command infantry squads and teams, individual vehicles, and artillery across scenarios covering the beach assault and airborne operations. Turns represent 5–20 minutes, with scenarios lasting from about one to more than three hours. Optional rules support learning the system, and the game can be combined with an Eastern Front module.
