Battlegroup: Tobruk

This supplement covers the North African campaign from the Italian invasion of Egypt through the siege of Tobruk, Operation Crusader, and the Afrika Korps’ advance toward the Gazala Line. It also includes the invasion of Crete and the Italian campaign in East Africa. Nine army lists represent forces including the Deutsche Afrikakorps, Ariete armoured division, Italian infantry, British and Commonwealth divisions, the LRDG, Auto-Saharan patrols, and the German 7th Flieger Division with Commonwealth defenders. Special rules adapt the Battlegroup system to desert warfare, including dusty conditions, mobile formations, tank battles, and the effects of harsh terrain and climate.
