Cheesonomics

Players manage cheese supplies and market demand in a set-collection and hand-management card game for 2–5 players. They churn cheese from opponents’ hands by color or animal type, produce matching wedges into cheese wheels, and sell up to three wedges according to the current market prices. Selling cheese changes the market, while advanced rules allow players to replace market wedges and use special effects. Optional difficulty levels add market manipulation and special cheese types with effects on production, scoring, and market changes. The game ends when the draw pile is exhausted, and the player with the most curd cash wins.
