Modules let players reshape the map by moving cities, take risks through an irreversible die roll, unlock additional cells on agent boards, and modify other core systems. Designed for groups familiar with the base game, the expansion provides optional twists that change planning and interaction without replacing the original rules. Players open envelopes to reveal and implement each protocol, then adjust strategies to accommodate the new constraints and opportunities.
