Build structures to increase the wealth of an independent Italian city, developing its economic, military, cultural, and religious life. Bid for building projects, transform them into buildings and defensive walls, and use the resources they provide to improve future actions. Four increasingly powerful invasions occur during the game. Each city must defend itself, while players can collaborate to repel the attackers. After the fourth invasion, the player with the most successful city strategy wins.
