Epidemia

Players manage five organs—heart, lungs, brain, kidneys, and liver—represented by tokens. On each turn, they play a card to damage another player’s organ, cure one of their own, lower or raise defenses, exchange organs, or damage an organ belonging to every opponent. A player with all five organs damaged can no longer win, but remains in the game and can affect the others. The winner is the last player still alive.
