Escape from New York: Bands of New York

Replaces the New York bot with an actual player, allowing up to five players. New York uses mission cards instead of mission cubes and grows stronger as the Heroes make more noise. By resolving mission requirements, New York triggers events such as destroying the Gullfire or discarding timer tiles while working toward victory.
