Players act as investors buying and developing properties in European countries. On each turn, they roll two dice, move around the board, purchase unowned properties or send them to auction, and pay rent when landing on opponents’ holdings. Completing a country group allows houses and hotels to be built, increasing the rent charged. Other spaces trigger chance cards, taxes, fines, income, or imprisonment. Players receive income when passing the starting space and may pledge properties to raise cash. The game ends when all but one player go bankrupt or when the set time expires, with the winner determined by total remaining wealth.
