A near-future city is ruled by a fanatical theocratic regime that outlaws comics, role‑playing and violent films. Players take roles within the scattered resistance—fans, gamers and bungling would‑be heroes—trying to survive, undermine the regime and reclaim banned culture. Gameplay uses a pulp‑satirical roleplaying system that emphasizes episodic missions, comedic mishaps and over‑the‑top conflicts between oppressive enforcers and improvised rebels. Players resolve actions with mechanics that support narrative play, character antics and recurrent clashes with the regime’s repression forces.
