Manifesto

An early horse-racing game features eight horses competing along individual 20-space tracks. Each turn, players choose whether each horse runs Careful, Risky, or Reckless, with different movement ranges and chances of failing to move or being eliminated. The three options have equal average outcomes, so progress depends on judging how much risk to accept and the results of the dice.
