Nisyros

A cooperative worker-placement game for 2–4 players, set on the volcanic island of Nisyros as an eruption threatens its inhabitants. Players gather resources, feed their people, build boats to escape to the neighboring island of Kos, and construct dams to slow the advancing lava. Higher areas of the volcano provide more fertile land and greater resources, but also involve increased risk. Players must coordinate their actions and manage changing dangers, with variable setups and three difficulty levels providing different challenges.
