Stratopolis

Players build a shared, multi-level structure from L-shaped tiles colored in their own color, the opponent’s color, and neutral squares. On each turn, a tile is placed adjacent to the existing display or on top of at least two tiles, with every square supported and opposing colors unable to overlap. After all tiles are placed, each player scores their best connected zone: the number of squares in the zone multiplied by the height of its highest square. Variants allow players to draw tiles into a hand or keep all tiles available throughout the game.
